Pearl River boat cruise

This morning we went to the US embassy for Evie's visa appointment and oath taking ceremony.  One step closer to being able to go home. Tomorrow afternoon we will be able to get her visa to be able to leave the country. That was kind of a long process this morning, so we decided to leave the other girls back at the hotel with Jenny. Again, it has been so nice to have Jenny help us out! She has been a nanny, translator, food orderer, and personal shopper. A couple days ago, we asked her to buy a stroller and she went and found a stroller store and came back with a nice stroller within an hour. We wouldn't have found anything like that. The Holt staff was even impressed at the price and quality of stroller she found. I think I want to bring her home with me!

Tonight we went on the river boat cruise. We took the same cruise when we were here last time. It is one of our favorite things to do. It's really beautiful how they light up all the buildings. They ordered Papa John's pizza for us to have on the cruise.

Evie sat in a high chair for the first time at lunch today! She is such a big eater!! She pretty much eats all day long. She definitely eats more than any of my other girls and me! She always wants to have a bag of treats in her hand. She sucks big noodles into her mouth so quickly, I am not sure if she chews!
There are 16 families here with Holt this week!

Jenny is seriously THE BEST!!
